Headmaster’s Annual Appeal

The Headmaster’s Annual Appeal is the most important fundraiser each year. As tuition does not fund the total operating budget for the school, the Annual Appeal provides an opportunity for tax-deductible donations that close the gap between the operating costs and the revenue generated from tuition and fees. Additionally, gifts to the Headmaster's Annual Appeal significantly limit tuition increases that would be required of our Metro Christian families to keep pace with the increasing demands of the academic environment.

As a parent, you sought a school that would provide your children with strong academic preparedness within a Christian environment building upon their strong Christian foundation and beliefs. Metro Christian stands beside you in partnership to meet the objective of raising young Christian men and women. As leadership, the finance committee and the trustees have made their gifts to the Annual Appeal, starting us off at 100% participation from the leadership board.

Metro Christian's focus for the 2011 Headmaster's Annual Appeal is 100% participation from each of our Metro Christian families to achieve our goal of raising $175,000. What is the Headmaster's Annual Appeal?

+These funds are used to cover expenses that included such things as administrative and departmental expenses, utility costs, building and grounds upkeep and maintenance budgeted at $130,000. All funds raised in excess of $130,000 will be used for creating a designated account for the purchase of surrounding properties, technology, or new carpeting.
