At Metro Christian Academy, Christ is at the center of all we do. We are a non-denominational school, with over 150 churches represented within our student body. Weekly chapel is a beloved part of the week at elementary, middle, and high school levels. Through weekly chapel, small groups, and our Bible curriculum, students are challenged to deepen their relationship with Jesus. It is our sincere prayer that every student at MCA will encounter Christ in a meaningful and personal way.
Freshman year, or upon starting school at MCA, every student is assigned to a small group, called an advisory group. These groups are comprised of no more than ten students in the same grade plus one faculty mentor. Advisory members meet together every Thursday after chapel and remain together throughout high school. Advisory offers a more intimate setting in which to further discuss chapel topics, pray, encourage one another, and have fun together. The bonds formed in advisory groups are deep and meaningful, as it is a safe place to really know, encourage, and celebrate each member at a deeper level.
